These General Conditions expressly govern the relationship between WASACS and users who register and/or purchase products through the WASACS online store http://www.wasacs.com.

WASACS may, at any time and without prior notice, modify these General Terms and Conditions by publishing such modifications on the website so that they may be known to users at any time prior to the purchase of any goods offered on http://www.wasacs.com.

SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES

Orders above 100 euros for Spain “Peninsula” and the Balears Islands will be shipped free of charge. For Europe, please see the split hereafter:

Important:

Up to 1 kg: Models Cosette, Manon, Belda separately and accessories.

Orders will be prepared from Monday to Friday until 18 PM.

Orders paid by bank transfer will be sent once payment is received. To speed up the delivery, we recommend sending the transfer receipt to info@wasacs.com.

Estimated delivery time is aprox. 48/72 hours for Spain, from 4 to 10 working days for Europe once the order has been placed. For other countries depends on the destination.

Shipping costs include in all cases Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other taxes, duties, taxes, or surcharges.

Any loss of the goods or other loss that may occur during the transport of the goods will in no case be the responsibility of WASACS, but the appropriate arrangements will be made for the replacement of the goods.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer and in Spain, also Bizum will be available.

RETURNS

You can return or change items that have not been used within 30 calendars days of the date of receipt of the product. Once this time limit expired, no item purchased through our online store may be changed or returned.

Products supposed to be returned, must be in the same condition in which they were originally delivered, new and unused, with all labels intact and with all their respective accessories and original boxing.

The cost of returning items shall be held by WASACS (only for orders done in Spain) the sum will be refunded following the acceptance of the return of the purchase.

PRICES AND PRODUCTS

WASACS reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

The pictures of the products are not contractual and may vary slightly from the product delivered.

Prices include VAT.

Prices are valid except for typographical errors.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

For the resolution of all disputes or questions related to this website or the activities carried out on this website, Spanish legislation shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit themselves, and the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid-Capital shall be competent for the resolution of all conflicts arising from or related to its use.
