CARE INSTRUCTIONS
PROTECT FROM DIRECT LIGHT
It will cause the color to change rapidly. Also regarding moisture, if it gets wet, do not use a hairdryer or direct heat; remove the water with a cloth and let it air dry. Once completely dry, a moisturizer can be applied to restore its condition.
HYDRATE PERIODICALLY
To prevent cracking or drying, apply conditioning creams with a dry cloth using circular motions. Note that these creams might slightly darken the shade.
SAVE WITH OUR COTTON POUCH
That we send when not in use, this will prevent it from getting stained and will keep it protected. In addition, filling it with paper, newspaper, magazine, or whatever is at hand, will prevent it from deforming. Also, do not place weight on it, as the result is almost certainly that it will end up losing its original shape.
Finally, it's important to remember that since our leathers are vegetable-tanned, the surface will evolve over time, and small imperfections, scratches, or natural marks will appear. This is not a defect—it's normal!—and should be seen as a virtue of this type of leather. Like the skin on our faces, our leathers, with their irregularities, tell their story, and each imperfection reminds us of life's map.
