How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You can receive your order in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands within 2-3 working days. For other locations, please inquire by sending an email to info@wasacs.com and we will inform you of possible delivery dates.

What if I want an invoice?

Is it possible to track the status of my order?

Is it possible to designate a third party to collect the order?
Yes, please indicate in the comments who you want to collect the order, and we will inform the transport company.
Is it a gift, how do I do it?
When placing an order and before payment, you have an option to send it as a gift. Additionally, if you want to personalize it with a few words, you can also do so by writing what you want to express in the comments section.
Is payment on the website secure?
All transactions made on Wasacs.com are secure. There is an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data. Each bank also has its own authentication.
How can I pay?
Purchases made on WASACS.com can be paid for with credit cards, Bizum, PayPal, or bank transfer.
What if I want to return it?
You can return it without issue. We are so confident that you will like it that we offer you 30 days to make the return. However, it must be unused, with its tags, and in the original packaging. This excludes customizations, which cannot be returned.
Returns are free for orders over €100.
How do I return my order?
First, send an email to info@wasacs.com. We will send you an email with a label for you to print and attach to your package. Then, we will send our shipping company to pick it up. Once checked, you will receive a refund. Returns are free for orders over €100.
What are the return costs?

What are the refund periods?
Once your return has been collected, we will proceed with the refund once we have verified that everything is in order, that the product has not been used, and that all tags and original packaging are present. This should not take more than one week.
Is it real leather?
Yes, it's bovine leather, meaning traditional leather. The difference lies in the fact that the leather used in WASACS is vegetable-tanned. This means it has been treated (or tanned) with natural tannins, such as quebracho and mimosa, using ancestral methods that are less harmful to the environment. In other words, they are free of chemicals like chromium. This gives it a unique, irregular, natural appearance. The fundamental difference from other leathers is that this one shows itself as it is, its innate properties are respected; it is in its pure state with its flaws, tone variations, and imperfections. Hence its beauty and originality; each leather is distinct.
Is it very delicate? How do I care for it?
Like any leather item, it needs care to keep it perfect. Ours, being vegetable-tanned, meaning natural leather, may show marks and imperfections from use; this is not a defect but something that makes the product more beautiful and unique. Consult our care section to understand more and better how to maintain it so that it lasts forever.
Is there somewhere we can see the product?
We are working to make the product available in a store, but for now, we are only online. If you want to see the product, write to us to see how we can arrange it if you are in Madrid.
Are the colors of the products shown on the website exact?
We always say that the shade may vary subtly, as it is natural leather, the color may be slightly different, as may the marks it has, since we respect the innate properties of the leather and do not try to modify it in any way.
You can customize the following models: Valise, Manon, Cosette, Aude, and Mini Aude. To do so, place a regular order, and before payment, indicate the initials you would like engraved in the comments. You will receive your order at home within 5 business days.
Do I need to register to buy?
No, you don't, but we recommend it so that your order is registered and you can track it, check its status, and buy again without re-entering all your details.
What's the benefit of signing up for the Newsletter?
It's very interesting because we give advice on how to care for your skin, show you new models before anyone else, and keep you up to date with everything happening in our world. We don't usually send more than one email a week.
