As established in the LOPD, the client or user has the right to access the data, rectify those that are inaccurate and request their cancellation or deletion when they are not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, as well as, where appropriate, to exercise the rights of opposition or portability.

If you consider your right to personal data protection violated, you may file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es). WASACS is not responsible for any damages that may arise from the inaccuracy of the personal data provided by the client or user, who will be responsible for its truthfulness, accuracy and updating.
