How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In 2-3 working days you can receive your order in Peninsula and Balears, for the rest please write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will inform you of the possible delivery dates.
Who delivers it to me?
It will be delivered to you by Koiki, a sustainable transport company, as they deliver in electric vehicles, by bike or on foot, and social, as it employs people in high risk of social expulsion.

What if I want to return my purchase?
You can perfectly return it, we are so sure that you will like it that we offer you 30 days to make the return. Please bear in mind that it must be unused with its labels and in the original packaging. No return is allowed for customized orders. Returns are free for orders over €100.
How do I proceed?
First you send us an email to email@example.com, we will send you an email with a label for you to print and stick on your package. Then we will send our transport company to pick it up. Once verified, the refund will be made. Returns are free for orders over €100.
What are the return costs?

When Will I be reimbursed?
Once your return has been collected, we will proceed to the refund when we have verified that everything is fine, that the product has not been used, that all the labels and the original packaging are correct. Thus, your reimbursement shouldn't last more than a week.
Is it real leather?
Yes. It is leather coming from cows. Real leather. Nevertheless, the difference is that the leather used in WASACS is vegetable tanned. It means that it has been treated (or tanned) with natural tannins, such as “quebracho” and “mimosa” using ancient methods, less harmful to the environment. The lack chemicals such as Chrome, confers a unique, irregular, natural appearance. The main difference with the rest of leather is that ours it is shown as it is, its innate properties are respected, so it is natural with its defects, tone variations and imperfections. Hence, its beauty and originality, each skin is different.
It is very delicate? How do I take care of it?
Like any leather item, it needs care to keep it in perfect condition. Ours, being vegetable tanned, this means natural leather, marks and imperfections may appear from its use, this is not a defect but something that makes the product more beautiful and unique. Is there a place where we can see the product?
We are working on it so that you can see the product in a store, but so far we are exclusively online. If you want to see the product write to us to see how we can fix it if you are in Madrid.
Are the web colors of the products accurate?
We always say that the tone can vary subtly. Since it is natural leather, the color can vary as we respect the innate properties of the skin and do not try to modify it in any way.
¿Can I customize it?
You can customize the following models: Valise, Manon, Cosette, Aude and Mini Aude. To proceed, make a normal order, and before payment in observations indicate the initials you would like to engrave. In 5 working days you will have your order at home.
¿Do I need to register to place an order?
No, it is not necessary, but we strongly recommend it so that your order is registered and you can track it, check its status and buy again without filling in all your data again.
